What I do
Graphic Design
With my designs, I seek to break the fundamentals of design that we are all taught in school and make something that makes people think, ask questions, and engage with my work.
Photography
I work in both film and digital photography and strive to capture candid and real parts of world.
Product Packaging
I have always enjoyed making things that people can actually touch and interact with and with my work I want to make that experience as interactive as possible.
Born to be Creative
Where I started
I have always been a very visual person. I realized at a very young age that I learned a lot quicker by being able to see what was being talked about instead of just reading about it. As I started taking art classes, I started to have the desire to create the things that I imagined in my head.
Where I am now
One of the things that inspires my current work is the banality of life. I see people get up, go to work, go home, go to bed and repeat that process everyday. I want to shake people out of that banality. If I can make something that will make their day a little more interesting or shake them out of a boring routine, I’ve done my job as a designer. If someone is going their normal route to work and they see something that I made that catches their attention and makes them smile or think then I accomplished what I set out to do.
